Basic Ceremony Only Package
Package A — "Sea Otter"

This is our basic package for the bride and groom who are looking for a simple ceremony to celebrate their love and need little else to make their day one to remember
for a life time, and includes:
Site Visit to determine preferred set-up location (1 hour)
Delivery, Set-up & Break-down of:
White or Natural lattice wood arch
Up to 75 White or Natural colored chairs
Portable CD Player & iPod Docking Station
Stanchions with fabric-covered ropes
Attendant during Ceremony
While a beach ceremony is beautiful just as it is with the natural beauty of the ocean and sounds of the waves and birds, if you wish to enhance your ceremony further with the addition of flowers or music, we work with some of the most respected and seasoned wedding vendors that we will be happy to refer you to. Also, if our packages do not have quite all you were looking for, you
can choose items from
our á la carte
to fully customize the Beach or Park Wedding Ceremony of your dreams.

Combined Ceremony & Reception Packages
Monterey Beach Weddingsis the only beach wedding service to have an exclusive with Gatherings -- one of Monterey County's newest and most unique wedding reception venues. Located just up the street from one of Pacific Grove's most romantic wedding locations, Lover's Point, Gatherings is perfect for smaller intimate receptions. You may also wish to add an additional touch of Elegance by including a live musician to play for your guests before you arrive while you are taking pictures at the beach, or for as long as you want. We have wonderful recommendations for musicians who compliment Gatherings' space as well as other services that you can find on our Preferred
Vendors list, or inquire with us in person about any wedding vendors you are looking for.
*Alcohol is not included. Whether you are serving beer and wine or have a full bar in mind, Gatherings is happy to take care of all provisions. From placing the order to setting up the bars and pouring fantastic drinks, you purchase the alcohol that you want and we take care of everything else. This is a
substantial cost savings for you and is a complimentary service
we provide our clients.
Package C — "Cannery Row"

Friday - Sunday $4345 (must end by 2:30 pm)

This package was created to offer couples a simple, yet elegant, full-service reception at an affordable price. The menu items included with this package are not meant to be a full meal, but offer an opportunity for you to be with your family and friends after your ceremony while enjoying a few appetizers and drinks together, and of course to ceremoniously cut and share your wedding cake. This package includes the items listed in Package B with the following changes/exceptions:
Valet & Security Guard service is not included with this package (but you can either should you wish and we will happy to get a quote for you based on your number of guests)
Please note that any needed City beach or park permits are not included in the above prices; however, if you do not want to be bothered with the permit process and any necessary liability insurance requirements that may go along with it, we do offer a service where we will take care of it all for you -- see our á la carte
selection for details on this service. Please be aware that any time limit the city puts on your permit includes the
timeframe
